Overview
The only permanent reality in the world is change. This is very much applicable to business organizations facing an increasingly fierce competitive environment. Championing Change is all about mastering the required knowledge, skills and attitude to embrace change with confidence in facing current and future challenges.
Aims
Specific aims of the program are to :

Strengthen the awareness of participants on the fundamentals of managing change with special emphasis on attitudinal change.

Enhance their knowledge and skill of the usage of cutting edge change management tools.

3-

Provide an opportunity for them to collectively discuss change-related challenges, with a view of assisting them to find sustainable solutions.
