Candidate needs to have maturity, integrity and proven secretarial experience. Pleasant and willing to learn and develop. Ability to work independently using own initiative in performing all secretarial duties is essential

Qualifications
|
|
|
G.C.E (O/L) with a Distinction (A Grade) in English and with 3 passes
in G.C.E (A/L)
|
|
|
Applicants should be conversant in Microsoft Office package
|
|
|
Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience with good working
knowledge in English
|
|
|
The ideal candidate should be between 19-25 years of age
|
|
|
|
CHARTED SECRETARY
|
|
Should have completed or presently pursuing the Chartered Secretaries examinations from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries
|
|
Qualifications
|
|
|
Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience with excellent
communication skills
|
|
|
The ideal candidate should be between 23-35 years of age
|
|
|
|
|
|
He/She should be an outstanding communicator with good command of English. The ideal candidate should be confident and have leadership qualities, aggressive and self motivated willing to take challenges as a Team player
|
|
Qualifications
|
|
|
G.C.E (O/L) with a distinction (A Grade) in English while partial qualifications in CIM/ SLIM Diploma would be an added advantage
|
|
|
|
|
|
The ideal candidate for this position will be required to work in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines with accuracy. Ability to do bank reconciliation, prepare monthly accounts and familiarity with ‘Quick book Pro’ accounting package is essential. Good writing skills and ability to produce reports in English is an added advantage
|
|

CIMA (Part-qualified) with 02 years work experience is an advantage
|
|
|
Should be Computer Literate
